- 1 small jalapeño or serrano chili pepper seeds and stems removed and finely diced
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 5 fresh mint leaves cut into long thin strips (chiffonade)
- zest of 2 limes
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Pinch of sea salt
