Ingredients

milk of your choice

pumpkin puree

ground flax seed

apple
cored and cut into quarters

teaspoon
pure vanilla extract

tablespoons
pure maple syrup
optional

teaspoon
ground cinnamon
Pinch
fine sea salt

cup
ice cubes
Instructions
Purée all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick you can thin it out with your "milk" choice or water. Enjoy!
