1(heaping) cupfresh blueberries or frozen blueberries
1cupunsweetened almond milk
1tablespoon honeyor to taste
1/2cupraw cashews
5fresh mint leaves
Pinch of Kosher salt or fine sea salt
Squeeze of fresh lime juice
1/2cupice cubes
Instructions
Add the blueberries, almond milk, honey, cashews and mint to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Add the lime juice and a pinch of salt and blend again. Add the ice and blend until chilled and creamy.
