Ingredients

pumpkin puree

ripe banana
or a frozen banana, if you have on hand

unsweetened almond milk
or "milk" of choice

tablespoon
pure maple syrup
optional
1/2
teaspoon
pure vanilla extract

heaping
teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
or a teaspoon of ground cinnamon and 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
5-7
ice cubes
1
scoop
good quality protein powder
My fav is collagen protein powder
1
heaping cup
baby spinach leaves
Sprinkle of cinnamon
for garnish
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a high speed blender and purée until smooth. If the mixture is too thick you can thin with more milk or water. Serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top.
