Cashew Latte
Servings: 2 cups

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups freshly brewed coffee
  • 1/4 cup unsalted roasted cashews
  • 1-2 pitted dates or 2 teaspoons of maple syrup
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and CAREFULLY blend for about 1 minute or until smooth and creamy. *Never fill the blender more then halfway when blending hot liquid, as it expands. Also cover the top of the blender with a kitchen towel to let the steam escape safely. Serve the hot coffee in your favorite mugs or chill and serve over ice.
