There’s not even any bread! My panini only had vegetables, but you could add a protein or vary the vegetables too. When it comes to cleaning mushrooms, don’t run them under water. One of my favorite Boston restaurants is Toro, Jamie Bissonnette and Ken Oringer’s delicious Spanish-style tapas. This is a beautiful and easy dish to make. It takes a little time in the preparation for each item but it’s a great dish for a potluck dinner or a party. Delicious Country Dinner

My friend Kat and I made an easy, delicious dinner last night and dined al fresco.
