Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a roasting tray or baking sheet with parchment paper. Melt the coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl. In a large bowl, combine the cashews with the coconut oil, maple syrup, turmeric, cayenne pepper, black pepper and sea salt. Mix well to coat the nuts. Pour the nuts onto the prepared sheet tray. Using a spatula, spread the nuts into a single layer on the tray. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the nuts are lightly browned and fragrant. Check on the nuts half way through the cooking time and give them a toss. Remove the tray from the oven. The glaze will harden as the nuts cool.
