  1. Purchase the white fish already smoked and remove any remaining bones. Shred the fish into small pieces. Add the crème fraîche and gently mix it with a fork. Add the lemon zest and lemon juice and taste. Mix in the chopped chives. Season to taste with pepper and a pinch of sea salt.
